• Applicant must be Indonesian citizen, employee, entrepreneur or professionals
• Working or trading experiences minimum 2 years.
• Applicant must be min. of 21 years, or married and maximum of 55 years for employee and 60 years for entrepreneur or professionals when the installment ends.
• The house is for own use (not for sale/investment)
• Installment (principal + interest) of total debts (in BCA + other banks) + new application max. 1/3 of applicant’s gross salary/husband and wife’s joint income.
• Applicant must close insurance (life and fire insurance) under banker’s clause.
• Applicant must sign credit contract and Mortgage Certificate.
• Installment automatically cut off the applicant’s account in BCA.
