Home Conditions: - New House
- Located in the real estate compound that in collaboration with Lippo Bank.
Otherwise, it is acceptable if the certificates are in individual lot. - Minimum down payment 20% of the house’s price.
- Second House
- Deed of Title/ Deed of Periodic Ownership Scheme minimum HM/HGB is a must.
- Building Permit is a must.
- Collateral/certificate must be under debtor’s own or relatives with a distinctive relationship.
- The collateral will be assessed by LippoBank Appraisal Unit or Independent Appraiser recommended by the government.
- Minimum down payment 20% from appraisal value/estimation of the house.
